    Our stay was lovely & in a quiet area. Property is very spacious & very clean & everything thought of. Garden ideal for furries. Found "off lead" beach at Saunton Sands (betw prop & Braunton, concealed entrance). Ideal for exploring as Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Lyton & Lynmouth etc. An absolute gem of a property.

    Stayed a week and wish it was more. Brilliant location with a lovely 10 minute walk to the beach and into the village. Sitting Pretty is brilliant, clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped in everything, extra bedding even electric blankets if needed. The owner caters for all ages, there are books for all ages, toys, games and dvds. The bathroom has handles on the walls to assist getting in and out of the bath/shower. Nice sun trap in the patio, where you can hear the sea. It is like home from home, the kitchen has everything you need. We will be coming back for sure many times, best place we have stayed in.

    A truly fabulous cottage within minutes walking distance from the centre. We absolutely loved it! No need for the car,
    Definitely had the best of both worlds.
    A wonderfully peaceful & quiet location to stay yet literally minutes from Croyde.
    The cottage had everything we needed and more. An enclosed garden was a Godsend with two dogs. Would most definitely return. A truly wonderful holiday had.

    We had a fantastic short break at Sittting Pretty. It was like a home from home, everything there that we needed and spotlessly clean. The house is in a great position with easy walking to both the beach and the village. Excellent communication with owners. Would highly recommend.

    Had a lovely time at Sitting Pretty , great location. Bungalow is great, very clean and well equipped. Helpful owners , who were available to deal with any queries.
    Would definitely recommend it and may visit again in the future.
